INTRODUCTION

Over the past decades, man has been indifferent to the worsening environment despite the joint efforts by many countries in promoting environmental protection. But given the impacts of climate change, man has come to realize the urgent need for adopting a green lifestyle.
Living green is not just an action or a change of habit, it is the integration of “green” concept into our daily life. Join us on Green Day, help conserve Mother Nature and Act Green, Live Green!

To promote The Community Chest Green Day 2016, renowned photographer Miss Bean has created beautiful images of the elements of wind, flower, ocean and mountain with the help of her nature-loving friends: movie director Adam Wong, actress Leila Kong, fashion blogger Charles Lam, and instagrammer Hanna Chan, bringing an immediacy to the need to Act Green, Live Green. The portrait of the lovely young girl on this commemorative ticket by Miss Bean highlights the importance to make green living part of everyday life.

EVENT INFO

By making a donation of HK$65 or more, each participant will receive one “Community Chest Green Day Commemorative Ticket” for unlimited rides on the MTR on 19 and 20 June 2016. The Commemorative Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
●	Valid on 19 & 20 June 2016 only, for 2 days of unlimited travel on the MTR, Light Rail, MTR Bus and MTR Feeder Bus (except Airport Express, East Rail Line First Class, to or from Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau or Racecourse stations)
●	Ticket is non-refundable and non-transferable. Malfunctioning ticket may be replaced at MTR Customer Service Centres (except Light Rail) on 19 or 20 June 2016 only
●	Ticket may be kept as a souvenir

	ENROLMENT Complete the online reply form or download and return the reply form by email or fax to the Chest office. (Website: www.commchest.org; Email: green@commchest.org; Fax: 2506 1201) PUBLICITY Promotional materials will be provided by the Chest office. Please publicise the event within your organisation to encourage participation. Soft copy of promotional materials can be downloaded here or obtained via email upon request. FUND RAISING With a donation of HK$65 or more, each participant will receive one “Community Chest Green Day Commemorative Ticket” for unlimited rides on the MTR on 19 and 20 June 2016. Your organisation can also make a matching contribution to encourage participation. CONFIRMATION Co-ordinator should confirm the required number of Commemorative MTR Tickets before Tuesday, 31 May 2016. The Commemorative Tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. The Chest office will send a confirmation to your organisation by email or fax upon receiving the Reply Form, and will notify your organisation on the collection of Tickets on or before 10 June. EVENT DAYS – 19 & 20 June 2016 (Sunday and Monday) Participants are encouraged to take a greener form of transport and adopt a green lifestyle. ACT GREEN, LIVE GREEN!
