Elderly Chinese Orchestra Development Project

The aim of the project is to develop the potential of the elderly, enrich their retirement life and improve their quality of life. Through promoting the concept of ‘active ageing’, it is expected to develop a sense of harmony and warmth in the community. The project will train up the elderly’s skills in playing Chinese music, establish a Chinese Orchestra team and deliver music performance. The project contents include: Foundation course, Chinese Orchestra Team and public performance.
