General Tracing

The Tracing Service aims at assisting people in need to re-establish contact with their family members separated due to man-made or natural disasters via the mass media, concerned companies, organisations and the worldwide network of the International Red Cross Movement. The Service also helps separated families maintain contact through the Red Cross Message when normal communication channels are not available. As such, the psychological suffering of those people are reduced.
