Enhancement of Hotline Service

The Agency provides 24-hour telephone counselling service for people who are suicidal, despairing or in emotional distress. In order to maintain the professional volunteer service standard, the Agency provides in-service professional support for volunteers along their intensive counselling service.
The service aims at arousing public awareness towards suicide prevention and encouraging people in need to seek help through delivering different community education programmes.
