"SUN Teens" Youth Mental Health Project

The Project aims at early identification and intervention on youths with mental health problems and emotional disturbances by adopting Positive Psychology.  Community education will be provided to increase public’ knowledge of youth mental problems in order to help those in needs in society.
Through different activities, including community education, ambassador training and group counselling, youths can develop positive self-image, as well as enhance their problem-solving and emotional management skills. Youths are empowered to face their adversity and challenges ahead.
