"Blissful Care" Community Screening & Support Services for the People with Dementia

This Project aims:
1. To early detect and early intervene in dementia;
2. To provide continual support to the elderly with dementia and their caregivers in the community;
3. To provide territory-wide anti-lost support to demented elders and their caregivers.
The service contents include:
1. Educational talks on brain health and early signs of dementia;
2. Free screening assessment to any suspected cases;
3. Cognitive training activities;
4. Website for "Joyful Return" Campaign;
5. Production of identification accessories for those with high missing potentials.
