SAGE Life Academy for Seniors

The project establishes educational platform to fulfill the seniors’ learning and social needs, so as to achieve lifelong learning and active ageing:
1. Healthy Series: To emphasise the physical body and fitness;
2. Digital Life Series: To teach the elderly to apply latest technologies;
3. ICT Series: To promote the use of latest mobile communication technologies;
4. Positive Retirement Series: To explore personal interests and to resume an active and productive life after retirement;
5. Caregiver Series: To provide caregivers with training of practical skills and knowledge in taking care of elderly.
