Community Education Experiential Programme

The project aims to promote public understanding on the challenges and needs of the hearing impaired people through experiential programmes, like story telling, workshops, playing sports, miming and sign language kitchen etc. People with hearing impairment will facilitate the programmes in order to encourage public to use sign language, lip reading, facial expression, body language in daily communication. In addition, community education officer of the project will reach out to different organisations and schools to share the daily life experience of hearing impaired people.
