East Kowloon Parents Resource Centre

The Centre serves families and their children with special needs. It provides diversified community-based services, including parents’ support groups, family educational programmes, recreational activities, parent-child programmes, training workshops or professional talks, interest classes and social inclusion programmes. These services enable parents to acquire essential knowledge and skills of effective parenting and hence facilitate the nurture of their children. At the same time, the Centre plays an active role in building up mutual support among different families, enhancing family cohesion and strengthening family functioning.
