The Project is to provide casework and group work services to help the needy visually impaired persons and their family members to overcome their personal, inter-personal and family problems arising from visual impairment. The Project will also assist and empower people who have recently lost their eye sight to adapt to the challenges caused by visual impairment and to strengthen their family support.
