Family Mental Health Service

Family Mental Health Service (FMHS) aims at serving the growing needs of neurotic clients in the community, which is consisted of several components, including 12-session Cognitive-Behabioural Therapeutic Group (CBT groups) and programme / group-based Mental Health Enhancement Programme (MHEP).

The CBT groups have been clinically tested as effective in reducing psychiatric symptoms of members by developing their positive thinking pattern and better emotional status.  Members’ social skills and problem-solving capability will be also enhanced.  Graduates can join the MHEP to strengthen their stress management so as to sustain better mental well-being.  They can also register as volunteers to serve needy people in the community.
