Service Objectives are to foster community support to facilitate mutual-help among patients suffering from Neuro-Muscular Diseases and to support the Neuro-Muscular patients to affirm their value through spreading positive attitude of life and creating a caring community. Service Coverage : Home-visit Team, Support Groups for Young Patients and their Parents, Bereavement Counselling for Carers, Community Education for Youngsters, Award Presentations to Carers and Policy Advocacy.
