Good Neighbour Network

Good Neighbour Network is community-outreach rehabilitative service which helps ex-patients build up supportive social networks and facilitates integration into the community. Target users are those who are suffering from single or multiple chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, stroke, asthma, and mental illness etc. Services include personal service, individual counselling, referrals, health check, drop-in services, social and mutual help groups, and volunteer services.
