Outreaching Service for the People in Poor Housing

The Team, comprising of volunteers, provides outreaching care visits to people living in poor housing, including cubicles or bed-space, in Sham Shui Po or Kwun Tong district. Through befriending, caring, counselling and referrals, the services aim to help them get better accommodation, find jobs and go through drug detoxification treatment. Adopting the holistic care approach, the service users are helped to become volunteers and to contribute themselves to society.
