Public Education Programmes

Against Child Abuse Limited believes that prevention of child abuse must start early with the involvement of the families and children at head start.  Community participation has started by the mobilisation of local networks and involvement of volunteers as mentors, including women volunteers and children in particular.  The building of community networks to strengthen family solidarity and resilience in children and parents is a target of the public education programme.  Over hundreds of women, children and youth volunteers serve as child safety and children’s rights ambassadors to disseminate caring and non-violent child protection message and to assist in organising various programmes.
