Care for the Carers

"Care for the Carers" is a pilot project that provides a casework oriented and comprehensive support service to carers of people with physical disabilities. Social Worker will help assess each carer’s needs, and identify services which can meet these needs. The project offers the following services: carer / family support plan, carer’s assessment, individual counselling, support groups, home-based respite care, training on care management, information giving, consultation and advice, home modification, home help, and transportation arrangement.
