The project aims at reducing students’ anxiety through support service which integrates the Acceptance and Commitment Approach (ACT) and Expressive Arts Therapy (EAT). The project also provides support and training to parents and teachers, and equips ambassadors in the community to become students’ mentors to help students handle anxiety problems.
