10% of the total ethnic minorities (EMs) are living in sub-divided units with deplorable conditions. The project provides specialised services to support EMs families to move to the social housing for 1) alleviating the housing pressures of EMs families; 2) building up the mutual help network among EMs community; 3) fostering inter-cultural understanding.
