Project Detail

Service for infants aged 0 to 3 has developed rapidly, however professional support is insufficient.  VICTOR is a hybrid training (VR and face-to-face) to childcare workers (CCW).  With VR support, the therapist's physical guidance will be given only in a timely manner, which can reduce the manpower demand for professional coaching.  Besides, the VR data facilitates the tailor-made coaching.  Improvements on the overall training efficiency will be resulted.

To conclude VICTOR carries a mission: Using VR professional training protocol to enhance Infancy Care service and safety.  Finally it will give a Training and Operation Recommendation to the industry and workforce.
