'Care About You' Support Scheme for Families with SEN Children (Phase 2)

'Care About You' Support Scheme for Families with SEN Children is to support caregivers of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and respond to social needs.  With comprehensive service package under individual, group and community setting provided, the project can enhance caregivers' connectivity and acceptance towards self and others, appreciate self-contribution and eventually identify their own competence.  Enhancing family wellbeing will be the project’s ultimate goal.  As participants’ resilience and competence level can be raised, this brings along positive effects to society in the promotion of inclusion and as resources to other caregivers in need.
