CARE College

The “college” model is adopted to bring together expertise of both experienced carers and professionals in the field to develop and provide specialised trainings, and to promote a carer-friendly community. The “CARE College” will help frontline workers and other stakeholders to identify carers’ needs and plan for services in meeting such needs. Trainees can then apply the knowledge and skills acquired in their works to enhance the quality of life for both the carers and care recipients. The College will also prepare them for re-entry into open employment.
