Project Detail
The well-being of frontline healthcare workers (HWs) depends on workplace and personal habits. The crowded work environment, no breaks within their working hours, lack of equipment and exercise, and poor work posture are reasons for their poor health. Moreover, the mental wellness of HWs is affected by their interpersonal relationship and the pressure in the workplace, including staff shortages, handling complaints, and the passing of elders.
The project aims to improve the physical and mental health of HWs and nurture mutual support among them. It also builds the public's recognition of the contribution of the HWs.
