Get Ready for Preterm Babies – Preterm Babies & Parents Support Project provides comprehensive support services for preterm babies and their parents. It offers parents supporting services, groups of therapists, nurses and social workers, peer support network, professional talks, and caring packages for parents from various districts. The goals are to provide early intervention for discharged preterm babies, to empower parents in the care journey, to enhance parents' competence and readiness to handle uncertainties in the nurturing period and to develop mutual support platform.
