Project for Care and Love between People with Intellectual Disabilities and their Families (I)

This project aims to facilitate the relationship between service users of hostels for people with intellectual disabilities and their families, to give support to the families of the service users, and to promote social inclusion for people with intellectual disabilities.  Family activities such as recreational activities and festival celebrations will be organised, mostly with the help of volunteers.  The activities will provide opportunities for service users and their parents / families to show their love and care for each other.  The activities will also increase volunteers' understanding and acceptance of people with intellectual disabilities, thus facilitating social inclusion in the community.
