Happiness for Caregivers in Nam Shan

This project aims to enhance the psychosocial well-being of caregivers of people with intellectual disabilities and to strengthen their social support network.  To enhance caregivers' psychosocial well-being, a series of social and recreational activities, including a mindfulness experiential activity, a tea gathering and others, will be organised for them.  To strengthen caregivers' social support network, a mutual support programme consisting of home visits and home environment improvements provided by caregivers to other caregivers will be conducted.
