"Master Painless" Community Fans Club

The Fans Club has three objectives, relieving pain problem, increasing resilience, and enhancing social participation.  The project emphasises self-management care and social support.  The hub is such an accessible, available and convenient platform that elderly with irreversible chronic pain have opportunity to seek help and support in time at the same district.  Importantly, the project will reconnect with the elderly, recognise them, and reenergise them in the community through the tailor-made exercise programmes and reunions.  Adopted by Community Based Approach, the project will reach the elders with common needs and mobilise them to participate in the interactive and volunteering activities.
