Neighbourhood Butler

There is a significant pool of "community professionals" whose skills were under tapped due to limited options and flexibility offered at workplaces.  Neighbourhood Butler aims to build a service platform for these talents to offer timely and in-reach care support to families with special needs members and elderly in the neighbourhood.  The project will also set up a "Caring Thinking" college to nurture "community professionals" to become mutually trusted and supported companions with the carer families, generating sustainable bonding social capital.
