Bliss Infinite - Young Carer Support Programme

Bliss Infinite - Young Carer Support Programme empowers young caregivers aged 5-15 caring for family members with physical disabilities.  The project provides age-appropriate education about their family members' conditions and offers guidance.  Trained university student mentors conduct monthly home visits, accompanying young caregivers and families in engaging quality playtime that promotes interactions and fosters family bonding.  Through social media and community events, "Bliss Infinite" shares health information, connects young caregivers with support groups, and builds a network of shared experiences.  This approach addresses the unique needs of young carers, empowering them with knowledge, support, and a stronger sense of connection.
