It has been reported that the current waiting time for public dental services is long and private dental clinics charge exorbitant fees which grass-roots can hardly afford. To strive to promote primary dental services to help grass-roots to manage their own oral health and to put prevention, early identification and timely intervention of dental diseases into action, the Chest supports six member agencies to provide free dental services with a subsidy ceiling to individual underprivileged groups who have difficulties in obtaining dental services. They include:
