About Rainbow Fund
Beneath the glitz and glamour of Hong Kong, millions of people live in poverty or with sickness. For the underprivileged, each day is a day without hope and a day of struggle for survival.
In early 2004, the Chest initiated an emergency relief fund to provide rapid response to people who find themselves in an emergency financial crisis for which other sources of help may not be available.
