Mission

1. To promote the study of basic principles of mental health and their application in Hong Kong;

2. To promote the advancement of a mental health programme in Hong Kong in its broadest medical, social and recreational aspects, covering the needs of both the mentally ill and the mentally handicapped;

3. To further the establishment of better human relations in all possible ways; and

4. To establish and operate half-way houses, hostels, sheltered workshops, day training centres, club or any such projects on a non-profit basis.
